Patricia's bio

A ward-winning author Patricia Bossano grew up in Ecuador, South America, and returned to the United States in the mid 1980’s. Until the time came for her to follow her heart and write full time, she developed a corporate career in International Sales Operations, with intervals as a freelance translator, interpreter and instructor (English and Spanish) when her young family commandeered her time.

Her published works include the fantasy novels; Faery Sight, Cradle Gift and Nahia. The series chronicles the lives of three matriarchs over a period of 200 years—inspired by the beauty, experiences and personalities of the girls and women in the author’s family, the books are a celebration of the relationships between mothers, daughters and sisters.

Her most recent release is Seven Ghostly Spins: a brush with the supernatural, a collection of six short stories* and one novella, all based on true ghost legends, plus a couple of the author's own paranormal experiences. *Featured author Kelsey E. Gerard contributed She Caught a Ride to the collection.

Patricia is the current editor of The Writers Life, the San Diego Writers and Editors Guild’s newsletter, and she is working on her next project; a philosophical fiction novel entitled Daughters of the Bride, slated for publication on Mother’s Day 2020
